Grant Writer
Draft proposals, grants, and letters of inquiry to acquire funding. Work with leadership to communicate our mission and identify grant opportunities with associated deadlines.
Social Media Volunteer
Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms with regular posting schedules — especially before events. Manage the email list and collaborate with the graphic design team on visually appealing content.
Outreach Volunteer
Handle vendor recruitment through cold calling and emailing, network building, event promotion, and post-event vendor follow-up and data collection.
Graphic Designer
Create visuals and assets for social media, website, and in-person events using design software while maintaining visual coherence and a consistent theme.
Bookkeeper / Accountant
Record income and expenses, maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure proper donation documentation.
Program / Project Manager
Develop project plans and timelines, break down initiatives into manageable steps, monitor progress, and adapt plans when challenges arise.
